I'm currently packing up for a trip, and one of the things I fret the most over when I do pack is the cables I'll need to take with me. How many devices, what cables, what battery packs... Options options options.
I don't want to take too many, but I don't want to take too few. It's a dilemma.
One of the more annoying things when going on a trip is the cable for the watch, usually I don't have a spare, or I do, but it's also plugged in somewhere so I have to disrupt my cable setup... the OnePlus Watch have been great to have a cool charging puck that's easy to take with you, but today's new accessory takes that even one step further.
The new OnePlus 2-in-1 SuperVOOC cable will work with their SuperVOOC charging block, has 1 USB-C to plug into your phone, but then in the middle of cable is a pin connector for a OnePlus Watch.Like, it's so simple, why haven't more cables done this? (aside from the fact that a lot of watches have a proprietary type of pin)
I remember Nomad had this one cable that had a 2800mAh battery jammed into - I was surprised we didn't see more like that.
And for only $40CDN, it's actually not overpriced, allowing you to charge 2 devices and being capable of supporting 80W (they say 67W for your phone and 10W for the watch). Not bad at all.
One less cable to worry about when travelling or just clean up your desk of cables.
