The little 'egg' that protects the buds while they charge may need their own protection.
Catalyst has come up with a waterproof case with a carabiner clip that may just help protect them when you need it the most.
I love the inclusion of the carabiner (can never have too many of those),
I had a bit of a struggle to get them in, but after a few days, it's definitely easy and peeling back the opening is no struggle at all.
Plus, I figured out that there's a back and front (for the pairing button, but more importantly to faintly still see the charging light).
More importantly it's able to be charged while in the case.
It's $40CDN pre-order, but for a $240CDN set of earphones ... you're going to want protection.
I've clipped it to my bike handlebars for a bike ride and even though it bounced around a lot, there's no damage seen on the case and it did not fall out at all.
Taking it out of the case was a bit of a push out, but it can be done if you don't want to use it (or switch to other cases).
