Well, here's a couple more laptops to keep on your radar, the LG 'gram' laptops. To be honest, I don't really recall any LG laptops before, but it makes sense. I'd liked their tablets in the past, and been a big fan of their G series phones for a long time.
A lightweight, big screen laptop is something I can get behind as well.

LG introduces Canada to its ultra-lightweight, portable laptop

The larger 80Wh battery in both the LG gram 17 and 15 models enables users to enjoy up to 17 hours of use away from an outlet and the LG gram 15 model also offers the convenience of a touchscreen LCD.
At the heart of the new series is the 10th Generation Intel® Core™ processor with Iris® Plus graphics and up to 24GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory. Content creators will love having the speed and power to edit 4K video on-the-go and users will marvel at how smooth games can be with Iris Plus built-in.
