Xperia Blog is reporting that Sony's Xperia Z3 Plus, Z4 Tablet and 2015 mid-rangers will bypass Android 5.1.1 and directly settle for the 6.0 version that Google released not that long ago.
From the various link that are available, Sony Mobile list many of the devices and clicking on each one of them to see their next software update, clearly indicates that 5.0 to 6.0.

Rejoice Sony's users, if you haven't gotten the 5.1.1 update you are more than likely going to be getting Marshmallow instead.
Xperia C4, C5 Ultra, M4 Aqua, M5, Z3+ and Z4 Tablet will bypass Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and move straight to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
