Okay, maybe not YOU, you... but a select group of us Android users can now choose to QuickShare with (specific) folks using AirDrop
You'd need to be a Pixel 10 user with the latest update, and it needs to be an iPhone on the latest iOS update... but it can be done now.
I don't have many iOS users I share stuff like that with, and honestly I find a lot of those settings to be 'clunky' to have a seamless sharing (remember "Beam"... that was great), but it's now a possibility, and hopefully the possibility of reaching more soon.
