Ooh, I've been wanting to try this for a long time. I do love my Chromecast, but you still need your phone to use it; and the simplicity of Roku's remote has been its secret weapon.
Well, the Chromecast mixes both of those things - into a modern day Nexus Player (yeah, I'm that old that I remember that thing. I still have it and still love it).
Can't wait to try it out, it's been a day since I've plugged it in and it's now THE device I'm using. But I'll have a full review up in a bit.
