You'll soon be able to run Android apps ... on Windows?!


Yeah, so Windows is going to let Android apps run natively in their Windows 11 system.

That is so interesting.  Being able to access 'apps' that traditionally are meant for mobile - you'll soon be able to run on your Windows machine.

Now, most apps have some sort of web version, but often with limitations or needing to link your phone to it.  This way allows you to continue to have that seamless experience.

The catch here is that apparently you'll need to get them from the Amazon App Store - now that adds a whole level of interestingness as Google and Amazon aren't exactly friends, hence their separate stores... hmm
