So, more and more we're hearing about electric vehicles, and I'm seeing more places even in my tiny little town have charging stations. I know there's a lot of discussion about having a proper 'electric highway' where charging stations are proliferant enough to make long distance drives (when there comes a time when we'll be doing lots of driving again) - so that those that are looking to take those great Canadian road trips with their EVs, they can do so knowing they won't get stranded somewhere.
To assist with those EV drivers, Google Maps is updating to account for where charging stations are and how that might impact your directions to make sure you pass by them when needed.
