Samsung Galaxy A5 is available on March 17

Just in time for St. Patrick's Day (when you may spill your drink on your old phone), you can get a new Samsung Galaxy A5 (and this will be IP68).

Starting Friday, March 17th, the device will be available at most major carriers (can't get an official list as of yet)

Here's what you'll get:

  • 32GB storage + microSD
  • 16MP (f/1.9) / 16MP (f/1.9)
  • 3000mAh
  • Fingerprint sensor
  • USB-C
Pricing is listed at $499MSRP, so it'll be interesting to see what the carriers set theirs at.
