Strange Nova Launcher bug affecting mostly Canadians

As of yesterday, some people noticed strange behaviour of the Nova Launcher and this prompted a Reddit post with the DEV joining in and looking into it. Up to this little news post, there's been no real mention of what the issue was but a fix was released in version 4.3.1.
