I have to admit, it's hard being an Android (or Google for that matter) user up here in Canada. We never get to see the good stuff. Well, not all the good stuff. Check out #googlehatescanada for some suggestions.
But, it looks like PayPal has decided that we suffered enough. They've been an option for payment in the Play Store for some time now, but for the Holiday season it seems they're trying to remind us again with this new deal.
Buy something $5 or more and use you PayPal account and they'll take $3 off.
