Samsung releasing the UNLOCKED Galaxy Grand Prime on July 23

In continuing with building up a great series of options for the 'non-flagship' series, Samsung has announced the Galaxy Grand Prime will be available on July 23rd.  It will be available at most carriers, but it is also available UNLOCKED.

That is pretty sweet.

Here's what the Grand Prime comes with:


  • 5" @ qHD (960x540)
  • 1.2GHz x4 Snapdragon 410
  • 1.5GB RAM
  • 8GB storage + microSD
  • 8MP / 5MP
  • Android 5.1
  • 2600mAh


All that for $250... I'm a little wary of the 540p... personally.  But it's always good to have options!
