You can teach Google Now who your significant other is.

This may not be news for many people. One can actually teach Google Now who one's wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend is. This enables you to say, for example,

"Okay Google (Now). Text my wife that I love her."

This results in an automatic text saying, "I love you."

Well, when this was first announced, it appeared to only work within the US. Today, I, and several others on Reddit, learned this feature is working for us Canadians too.

I just successfully taught Google Now who my wife is, and it sent her a mushy text. I know it works, because I quickly received a response from her.
