If you've been following my post and articles, you may know by now that I've been running around with Android x86 on a Lonovo Thinkpad.
This morning I came across the Andromium OS app on the Google Play Store. This looked like the perfect add-on for my laptop environment, bringing the desktop feel to the Android OS.
They also show a video of how it all works. Of course they're doing via a docked phone, but I thought this could also be applied to a laptop.
They do have some recommended specification for using Andromium OS;

- Snapdragon 800 or better processor
- 2GB RAM
- 1080p external monitor
- Required:
Kitkat 4.4.2 or above- Chromecast/Miracast or Adapter/Dock that allow external TV/Monitor attachment
- Mouse/Keyboard (USB or Bluetooth)
- Phone must be
charging when trying to launch Andromium OS.
Let's see if this will do what I need it to....
