Nexus 7 2013 LTE finally gets 5.0.2 Lollipop

Nexus 7 2013 LTE owners such as myself had to sit back and watch all the latest Nexus devices get the the lollipop update, while we got to sit on the side lines to wait. Today is finally our day to get the gift of lollipop.


I often found it a little funny that I purchased the more expensive model of Nexus 7 2013, the LTE edition with the highest storage capacity, and yet came in last across the finish line amongst the other nexus tablets for this update. I'm sure this has something to do with the LTE bands, and I recall the Nexus 7 2012 suffering the same fate in the past.

However those times are behind us as Google has finally pushed out the 5.0.2 Lollipop update for us to push to our devices. You could simply wait for the OTA, but lets face it, we've waited long enough.
