4.4.2 will bring some updates to your phone. Now mostly these updates are behind the scenes and you won't see much of a difference, but they're there.
Primarily the update for the built in cloud printing, immersive display, use Hangouts for default texting (or any 3rd party text app)... but will lack the ART option (as did the One).
If you don't have your update notification, you can always manually check by hitting the settings/About Phone section for software update.The Tbaytel version just got it now.
Don't forget to check our database page for all the devices and update info.
