Bell (like Rogers) to allow for Carrier billing for Play Store

Bell is now getting into the Carrier Billing option (just like Rogers did, not too recently) for your Google Play purchases.

Now, according to the source it was to start on January 20th, but I can't see that option on my device as of yet.  Hrmm...  Folks are saying you have to enable it in wallet, but I can't find it.

Also, you'll be maxed out at $25/month for purchases (in case your kids get a hold of your pin and buy a bunch of Angry Birds tokens or whatever).

Do you want to give your carrier more of your money already?  Or were you fine with just using the Play Store system as it was?
