Latest Android 'fragmentation' numbers are in

Yup, a new month = new stats and data!  Stuff I love.  Wait, stats and data about Android?  Drool.

Well, the latest platform version dashboard numbers are out, and here's what it's showing:

VersionCodenameAPIDistribution
2.2Froyo82.2%
2.3.3 -
2.3.7
Gingerbread1028.5%
3.2Honeycomb130.1%
4.0.3 -
4.0.4
Ice Cream Sandwich1520.6%
4.1.xJelly Bean1636.5%
4.2.x1710.6%
4.3181.5%

That's right, do the math and almost 60% are on Android 4 or greater.  Over a third on Jelly Bean alone!  How's that for 'fragmentation'?

(that 0.1% in Honeycomb must have been this one student at a school I saw who had an old Transformer that never did the upgrade).

And because you guys know me as the numbers guy, I've been charting this historically for y'all, and here's how it's looked over time:
