MK808B Android Mini TV + Air Mouse Review

If you haven't seen the "Android on a stick" I recommend you check out the MK808B Android Mini TV, it is cheap and work "Just fine" as I state in my video review.

I have been thinking about buying a new TV for some time, but I can't justify the purchase seeing as my current TV works just fine. So I've gone ahead and bought this neat little addition to turn my TV into a Smart TV.

The MK808B is an updated version of the MK808, including a Bluetooth antenna. Though if you buy the Air Mouse + Keyboard, you really don't need it since it uses a WiFi adapter which has great connectivity.

The great thing about the MK808B, is that it already has customs ROMs! Plus it is up-gradable to 4.2.2 here









4.2.2 comes with 2 new launchers, this one has a "Media Centre" feel to it.

• 1GB RAM
• 8GB internal memory, SD card expandable to 32GB(plus whatever size external/portable hard drive you want to plug into the USB)
• WiFi / USB Ethernet / Bluetooth / Hardware mouse + keyboard
• Android 4.1.1(Up-Gradable to 4.2.2)

After you have set up your MK808B, I recommend you adjust your TV setting and on-device setting to fit your TV and so the colours are correct. The Air mouse can get some getting used to but it works great,  the buttons have a nice "click'' and it feels solid in the hands.

Now go out and waste some money on something you can brag about, because for $60 it is a neat little gadget and it works "Just fine''!
