Black Infinitum Inverted Theme for CM10.1 & AOKP

Black Infinitum Inverted
I've been modding and inverting my apps for a long time now, and there's one thing I keep saying, "Google should include optional black backgrounds for all their apps".

Finally I've found a theme from Razor(x) that's going to make this whole process a lot easier for many of us.

Black Infinitum Inverted is a theme for CM10.1, AOKP and other similar roms that include the theme chooser. This isn't your run-of-the-mill theme though, this is one giant system wide theme that will invert the following apps:

  • Phone
  • Contacts
  • SMS (Texts and MMS)
  • Calendar
  • Google Play Store
  • YouTube
  • Gmail
  • Stock Android Keyboard (the included keyboard)
  • Gallery + Camera (slightly tweaked)
  • Google Talk
  • Google Music
  • Of course your system UI such as backgrounds in system settings and status bars and most launchers.
All you need to do is fill in the blanks with your 3rd party apps. Because this is a theme and not app replacements, there's no worry about missing out on app updates due to modified versions of Google apps installed off market. This makes inverting your system a synch.

You can download Black Infinitum Inverted here for FREE or for the most enhanced and updated PAID VERSION which will run you about $1.30. I personally use this theme, and I can tell you it's well worth the money if you love inverted apps like me.

  1. I think I'll give it a try on my Galaxy Nexus.

  2. When I switch to CM10.1 again I'll give it a shot.

    1. CM just released the first M of their 10.1. I installed it on my phone and it's all nice and black except that Google Calendar keeps FC'ing. I emailed the dev so hopefully he can fix it.

    2. I wonder if you can freeze stock calendar and download Google calendar from the market for a temp fix.

  3. Here's my email to the dev:

I installed Black Infinitum Inverted 3.3.2 (Paid) on AOKP on my Galaxy Nexus. The only thing not working is Google Calendar that keeps FC'ing. I can't even open the app. Is there a possible fix for this?

Also, just a quick comment to mention that we can't see the numbers over the top row of letters. So when you want to long press a letter to type a number, you have to guess which letter to long press...

    Here's his answer:

For the calendar uninstall the calendar from the store, and keep using the default one

Regarding the second issue, it is a Rom related issue. I would suggest you to move to a Cyanogen ROM.

Hum... i don't really want to move back to CM right now... I might have to install a different calendar app.
