Literally as simple as going to the Play Store on your Chromebook and choosing to install.
Now, there is a catch to getting Minecraft on your Chromebook. Your 'book should be able to run it with some requirement specs.

They say most should be able to within the last few years, but my slightly older than 3 years Pixelbook is not able to.
Guess it is time to upgrade the Pixelbook.
