Guest Mode for our favourite little smart speaker series allows you to ask it questions without it tracking that query history into your account.
Sometimes you don't want to ask it "hey how do you make salami", and then have salami ads start showing up all over your web searching.
I have to say, the mini, and now more than ever our displays have changed our relationship with Google (for the better) and the way our house feels. I should write an aticle about how 2020 made us more aware of our homes and the need we've seen to use tech where appropriate.
