Apple, Amazon and Microsoft ... and now Google.
Not that the company'es dollar value really validates it's true worth, especially to some enthusiasts like me. To us, it's figuratively worth more than that to us.
We love its services ... services we use every day. search, Gmail, Drive, Android ... and much more.
Despite that sometimes they still take away the things we really liked as well (Reader, G+ ...) we keep coming back, because we know that the alternatives just don't come close.
Getting as big as they have comes at some price... you can't get that big without some sort of target on your back or burden of responsibility.
