So, Asus has had some experience in working with devices. Long time computer and peripheral manufacturer has a couple of lesser known phones, one of which is the Zenfone series. I tried out the Zenfone 3 and was impressed. In the lineup, there's also the Zenfone 3 Zoom, which uses 2 lenses to allow you to have the appearance of zooming and letting you have some cool DoF features.
Well, today the device got a new update bringing it up to Android firmware 7.1.1.

ASUS Announces Availability of Android 7.1.1 Nougat for ZenFone 3 Zoom |
-- The update enhances and adds additional camera capabilities and takes advantage of Google’s latest mobile OS features, including split-screen apps, notification screen replies, and even new emojis -- |
Mountain View, CA (June 28, 2017) — ASUS today announced that the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system (OS) is now available on the ZenFone 3 Zoom. Launched just last month, the ZenFone 3 Zoom is specially built to provide a high-quality photography experience with its best-in-class dual-camera system, high-capacity 5000mAh battery, and powerful Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 625 processor. This update is full of upgrades and improvements to the Android OS as well as the ZenFone 3 Zoom itself. Portrait mode as well as RAW image support is introduced, to better maximize the smartphone’s photography-related capabilities. Additionally, this camera-driven smartphone will now be able to take advantage of the features from Google’s mobile OS, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, including multi-window view, notification-screen replies, and improved customization settings, among others. Portrait mode uses the 25mm and 56mm lenses to create a shallow depth of field effect for photos. And to retain the rich details taken by the camera, ZenFone 3 Zoom users will also be able to preview and organize all RAW files in their mobile gallery. Utilizing RAW file formats allows all of the image data recorded by the camera’s sensor to remain intact, so users have a greater flexibility and more control in the editing process. The Android 7.1.1 Nougat update provides upgrades in productivity and settings customization, allowing ZenFone 3 Zoom users to better personalize their Android experience. Users will be able to rearrange their quick settings to improve access to the apps that matter most to them, silence notifications, and even cease apps from using data when they are not being used. ASUS has also made several updates to its ZenUI interface that will be available to ZenFone 3 Zoom users in tandem with the Android 7.1.1 Nougat update. ZenFone 3 Zoom users can expect a notification for the software update on their phones, and also check for the update by navigating to ‘System Update’ on their ‘Settings’ screen. Android 7.1.1 Nougat features include:
