In part of the "well it took them long enough" series - +Google Drive has finally allowed you to view your Google Photos in both the Drive app and web service.
This has been something I've been asking for since ... well, since Google Docs became Google Drive. I've always said that with the rebrand, that Drive should be the main repository of all my stored items from within Google.
Plus, as we had heard all the FUD surrounding how Google+ and Photos were splitting up... well, it only makes sense to have Photos with Drive and not within Google+. I wonder if this is the official end of the "Picasa" era.
I imagine all the functionality remains the same. So nothing to worry about here folks... but I imagine someone will spin it as "G+ is dead" somehow.
