Twilight - dimming your screen so you can fall asleep easier

Studies show that bright light can delay sleep. You can use night mode on your device but if you find that's not helping you may want to try Twilight which filters the blue part of light using a soft red filter.

Twilight gradually puts a red filter into play depending on the time of day. The app is very customizable, allowing you to set times for it to come into play, how quickly it darkens and which apps it doesn't apply to - gallery would be a good one to exclude. Twilight will dim the backlight as well.

I've been using it for a couple of weeks. Not only is it good for falling asleep but it does make it less disruptive to others nearby trying to sleep.
