Now, I don't really condone this myself, but just in case you're in need of it, I'm putting this out there.
For whatever reason that you'd want to monitor someone else's phone, and there could very well be legitimate reasons, as well as semi-nefarious ones.
Maybe your kid has a cell and part of the agreement is you want to be able to monitor where they are and see what kind of text messages they send.
Maybe you have a business and you issue a phone to some of your workers and want to monitor them.
Maybe ... well, I'm sure you get the idea.
Whatever your reason, you may not be sure where to go from there. Well, a peruse through the Play Store may not yield the results you're looking for.
"Top Tracking Apps" site (https://www.toptrackingapps.com/best-android-spy/) has put on their site a mini review of several options and then compared the top 3 (according to them... but I think there might be some bias in their decision, feels that way) and has a little more review on those 3.
Their pick of the litter seems to be mSpy ... but maybe you should check out the others.
As with anything, I'm always leery of installing anything that comes from outside the Play Store. Just my 2¢. So take their recommendation with a grain of salt and check other sources for reviews as well.
I'd also suggest taking a look at why you need a tracking app on a phone in the first place, maybe there's a better way to do things.
