Spyder Commuter; your Multi-tool style charging block

We love our portable charging options around here.  We've reviewed a lot.  Quick Charge adapters, car chargers, portable batteries...

They're great on their own, but Spyder takes it one step further following my backpacking mantra: "if you can combine multiple uses into a single item, go with that".

The Commuter takes a portable 2600mAh battery (not super large, so easy to take with you) and puts a foldable CLA plug and an AC plug into it.

Packaged at $50 it's a really good deal if you're looking at 3 separate items.  Keep in mind that is US dollars (still a pretty good deal); and it's saying it won't ship to my address.  But most of us live pretty close to the border and can figure out a mechanism to still snag one.

So... one device, capable of letting you have power in just about any scenario.

Personally, I'd love to see an attached microUSB cable... or I'd pay more for a solar cell on top.  HAH.

And it would fit in your pocket.  Which is great as I already carry a QuickCharge adapter with a USB cable and then a couple portable batteries, and then a TYLT in the car.  I could get rid of all those with just this one item.
