How are you doing with your New Years Resolutions? [Poll]

So, every December, after Christmas we start thinking towards the end of the year.  Mostly it's "where should we go party?" or "who can babysit?".  But sometimes we start thinking about how the past year went and what the new year will be like.

A lot of reflection, but then also planning.  With that planning we, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, create our NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS.

Be they lofty goals or just minor improvements, they're often something that we need to keep on doing and keep at.  I don't know about you, but I get pretty busy and I tend to forget some of the small things.

So what are you using to help you NOT forget these things.

We've all heard it before, "This year is the year that I'm going to the gym EVERY DAY", or "I'm going to eat healthier".

There's lots to be said about how we draft up our resolutions to be attainable.

Regardless, as humans, we're prone to errors and need 'gentle nudging' now and again.

I can't remember if I wrote it here, or on G+ what my resolutions are, but I tried out "Fig" as a way to keep me on track for the new year.  Going out for dinner the other night our friends were using "Noom" for their challenge of eating better (and with great results, I might add -- such that my wife wants us to try it out now).

But what are your suggestions on how to stay on track of what needs to be done?

There's plenty of options.  And then there's plenty of systematic approaches to the implementation of that option.

Maybe you use Google Tasks, but schedule items in the calendar.  Maybe it's a case of joining a 'community' and having training partners.  Maybe you've built a complicated algorithm with Tasker and NFC tags to ensure that you get reminded... there's no one right answer, and probably no "wrong" (except to do nothing).

So, have at it -- what do you do to keep up?
