Not long ago I purchased a generic MicroUSB Android Portable Charger.
I've finally had a chance to sit down and really put this charger through its paces. For those of you who were on the fence about ordering one of these, I have my rough usage statistics with this charger.

This battery pack holds a 1,900mAh capacity which nearly matches the 2,200mAh battery within my LG Nexus 4. I went nearly a whole week only charging my phone using this charger, and charging up this charger again while I was at work to charge my phone at the end of the day again.
Charging this charger pack via USB from my computer took roughly 3 hours. When connecting it to my phone, my phone wasn't sure if it was a USB or AC charger as the battery stats was jumping between the two indicated methods while charging. The output is 800mAh which is faster than your average USB charger, but slower than AC.
Connecting it to my phone at the end of the day charged my phone 70% before the pack ran out of juice over the course of 2-3 hours, (With the screen off). I managed to gain a total of 30-50% charge while the phone was in use over the course of 2-3 hours, obviously less as the phone is burning energy while in use.
Final Thoughts:
This isn't the best charger I've ever used, but for $8 I have zero complaints. Having this extra pack on me while I'm out without the need of a USB cable to attach it to my phone really adds a little extra to the convenience factor.
I'd recommend this charger to the budget buyer who needs a couple extra hours out of their phone at the end of the day.
